« Amy was super responsive when we needed anything and it was nice that she and Jamie were so close if we needed anything. Very clean and quiet. Would’ve been nice to know it was a basement apartment to a home above it prior to booking. Tube station is very close. She even left a bottle of wine for us! « What a great stay. The place is as it indicates in pictures, beautiful.The neighborhood is quiet and while there are medical facilities nearby, no noticeable traffic noise or ambulance sirens.The first floor entrance to the building gives a little bit of a bad first impression (just a lot of stuff / nothing fancy or bad), but the flat is terrific.Had some issues with the TV but the host was very responsive and got it fixed (unplug and replug in reset it). « Our family of four stayed in this beautiful, fully renovated property for the first week of June. During our stay, we all raved about this apartment. We were looking for a place in South Kensington, and this was the perfect location. The property was 5 minutes to the Tube and also to bus stops, which made it so easy for us to get around London.
