„Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck. The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car.“

„Our weekend getaway at The Lodges Sunset Village was excellent. Loved the quaint atmosphere and cozy cabin. It was a great size for 3. Close shops and eateries near by. Staff was accommodating and prompt. The only suggestion I would give is that when providing the cabin number/addresses to the lake side properties to use cabin5 address for all rooms. We were taken completely off track with the original address as typed in the gps. Also we would suggest a larger sign at the street for the ...

„Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!“

„Private yet minutes to McHenry and Deep Creek Lake State Park. Plenty of space for relaxing and cooking. Only entrance to living area is from the upper deck. Game room is separate entrance on lower level. Deck is a bonus! Great for eating outside or star-gazing in the evenings.“

„The host did not respond to messages before we checked in. At check-in the backdoor to the house was unlocked and opened. When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat. There were space heaters placed throughout the house, which was a total safety liability. We reached out to the host with our concerns and we never got a response. I ...

„The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax“
