« The price is right, it was clean and they allowed pets. But, it is an upstairs apartment of an old house in the Lakeside neighborhood with low slanted ceiling height in the entry and bathroom. It is about 3 miles to a public beach. Parking is on the street. The stairs are at a high angle and the railing is falling off the wall. Be careful. The property is not wheelchair accessible. The TV could not be controlled from the remote. There was only a bathtub - no shower. »

« The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks). »

« Great space for 4 people to stay at. Two bedrooms upstairs and large middle floor with bathroom kitchen and living room. Nice duplex only a few minutes from downtown. »

« The place was beautifully done. The shower is outdoors (on the porch) but that didn't bother us at all. Overall great place to stay especially if you're attending a wedding at the venue just around the corner. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and inviting. It was well stocked. Kids games, camp chairs and a speaker for outside, linens, cooking utensils, and more. The bathroom had frosted glass, but no curtain. And my wife found it uncomfortably transparent. The mattress was comfortable. And they even have a pack and play for babies. Would definitely stay again if in the area. »

« We had a wonderful stay- we loved the “hotel” look to the property- owner has obviously tried to create a certain feel for the property. We really loved they Lake Michigan was right across the street! »

« Property details were spot on just as Pictures show and as described online. Kimberly was easy contact and loaded with information. Groceries, fuel, food all close by. Less than 30 minutes to downtown Holland. Wonderful stay and we will be coming back. Thank you Kim. »
