„This was my second stay at this property. Property owner did not provide access information until the day after the start of the stay (and only after I requested it). Toilet handle was broken (was informed of that after I arrived), storm door would not latch, there was carpet tack strip nails exposed at the threshold of the bedroom doorway. (found those with my bare feet). Owner needs to do a better job of providing access information and perform some house maintenance.“

„Loved this home! Homey, clean, and convenient!“

„Brenda was super easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. Super clean house, no smoke or pet smell at all. This place has so much room and yet was so cozy. 100% recommend“

„Wonderful place to stay!“

„This my 4th time booking and still no complaints“

„Quiet, relaxing property!“

„This is just THE BEST place. So cute and well done. We’ve stayed at several rentals and this host is by far the most thoughtful, organized and talented host I’ve ever encountered. This is our go to when we are in town.“

„it was a nice place to stay“

„Great place to stay, tucked away in a quiet cove. Enjoyed keeping my boat in the water tied up to the dock my entire stay. Would stay again.“

„Very nice place. Ideal for a family of 4.“

„Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. It should have been a red flag that the host ignored my messages until the day of check in after I told him I was going to call him if he didn’t respond.Upon arrival, we found the cleanliness of the property to be significantly below what was represented in the listing. The condition of the home made us uncomfortable staying there with our family, and we ultimately decided not to remain at the property. We documented the ...

„Property was as advertised - owners very responsive- only negative was had to request information to access property as it was not provided prior to check in“

„The place was great & super cute! The beds were comfy & we had an ample amount of linen, towels, & dishes. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a couple of things that weren’t listed appropriately: it says there is a futon with one of the queen beds but it’s only an air mattress & the shower situation was not an actual shower head, but rather a spray wand attached to the spigot. No big deal, we made it work but it would’ve been nice to know. Overall our stay was great & we would stay again!“

„We enjoyed the screened in porch! The house had some neat, old fashioned features that were fun, as they reminded us of visits with our grandparents :). The location was close to places we wanted to go. It was a quiet, peaceful area. Lots of attractive bedrooms, and could easily sleep several! Wish we had brought more people to share it with! A lovely stay.“

„The property was exactly as listed. The host was kind and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.“
