« The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. »

« The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. »

« For the good:Host is welcoming. Great location for older kids that can ski in/ ski out at the Stagecoach. Had almost everything we needed cooking wise. Lots of hot water and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Lots of parking. Quiet area. Not so great: The dining stools are not safe. One is bent very badly and another is super shaky. The towels are musky. We tried to wash them but the smell is ingrained in the towels. »
