« We attended a conference at the Hyatt and this condo is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The layout was great and we appreciated that it’s basically 2 master bedrooms. We had everything we needed during our stay and Mimi was great and quick to respond when we had a question. »

« The place was very clean and well accommodated. Our kids especially loved the room with the bunk bed AND king size bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was in good working order. The rooms were cozy warm throughout our stay. It was also a nice surprise to be just a short wall away from the golf range which was ideal for snow play (or sledding if we had remembered to bring it). The keyless entry alarm was a little wonky but other than that, our family of four had a very pleasant...

« The procedure to check in was a bit of a challenge at first, but in the end worked out fine. Communication was key and World worked with me to get us taken care of. The house was awesome and super well equipped. They did a great complete remodel on the unit. We had a great stay. Thank you. »

« Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno. »

« We were there for a basketball tournament. Close to the HS and shopping area. Totally an amazing stay!!! Games that were provided were great, great selection of CDs, and TV options were great!!! Place was totally clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was perfect - right at front door!!! Just one thing - more toilet rolls »
