Stayed for 7 nights over New Years - this home felt bare-bones and worn and I would not stay here again. We actually adjusted our daily activities to minimize time spent at the home. The kitchen was stocked with the absolute minimum (1 pan, 1 pot, barely enough silverware for 3 adults, no scissors), and the furnishings were cheap and tired. Mattresses and the couch were very uncomfortable and noisy (springs), towels were extremely thin with only one per guest, and several maintenance issues exist (master bath exhaust fan didn’t work; master bedroom door doesn’t stay open; tv on patio gets stuck on store demo mode, one screen door cannot open). Bedding and backyard not as pictured (no cushion for the lounge chairs or umbrella between). We paid extra to heat the pool, but the pool heater did not work during our stay. We paid extra to use the grill as well, but the grill plates were rusted and not safe for cooking food (management said they’d refund). The property management company was very responsive and helpful (quick replies; brought replacement batteries and extra trash bags), but overall disappointing and not worth the price.
