„This property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It’s easy access to the riverwalk and The Pearl was a plus. Great restaurants, shopping and bars within a 10- 15 minute walk each way. The owner was very communicative and the building was very safe. I would definetly stay again. “

„Excellent stay start to finish! Cozy and charming condo with thoughtful touches at every turn. Beds were v comfortable. We loved walking to the river and around KW too. There is no reserved parking but we never had trouble finding a space, so don’t let that stop you! Dining and social spots are all within easy walking distance too. Great part of town if you enjoy historical residential architecture. “

„Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio!“
