Peaceful Cape Getaway

We loved staying at Happy as a Clam! This vacation rental is extremely clean, plenty of space inside and outside with wonderful waterviews! It is an easy walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. This location provides something for everyone. We loved how the house was decorated and the property is in excellent shape. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Water View Cape House

This property was exactly as advertised and was such a nice place to stay over the July 4th weekend. Our family of 5 had the perfect amount of space and found the beds to be very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking out at the water, such a pleasant view. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay within walking distance of the beach.

Beach days are the best days!

We stayed at Happy As A Clam and had a great time! The house is just a short walk to the beach that we went to almost every day. Perfect for a family! Great location to bars and restaurants. The house was decorated with such a cute nautical feel and the outdoor shower was great after a long day at the beach! We will definitely be back!

A perfect beach getaway!

I cannot even put into words how amazing our stay was! Everything from the landscape to the living room, bedrooms, and my favorite the outdoor shower. The back porch has the most amazing view all day long. We enjoyed our morning coffee relaxing watching the birds and boats come in. The beach is private and beautiful! Perfect spot for a family with young children or teens. We absolutely loved our time here and cannot wait to book again! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Relaxing, beautiful stay

The property is in the cutest little neighborhood! We were all impressed that the listing photos matched the exact vibe of the house- very clean and comfortable. The owners thought of many different accommodations to make us feel right at home including a great welcome bag with activities in the area. The home is so close to Main Street Hyannis with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great weekend getaway spot! I booked this Vrbo for a small bachelorette party and it was beyond perfect! Walking distance to the beach and driving distance to a lot of things nearby. We were able to take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard one day! Property was very clean and homey, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home close to beach

We had a beautiful week at the house. The house is perfect for a small family with grandparents, it is a cozy cottage but there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house is sparsely and soothingly decorated while feeling beachy and having all the kitchen tools and amenities we needed. Great property! Would highly recommend.

Cosy NYE getaway!

We loved our stay in this comfortable, beautiful property! The view from the kitchen and the dining room of the water kept us happy, and the gas fireplace (and christmas tree!) kept us cosy over the NYE long weekend! The hosts were very responsive, and we had almost everything we needed. Although be warned: you should carry your own oil, salt, pepper and spice if you're planning to cook! They don't carry it (maybe for covid reasons?)...

CUTEST WATER VIEW HOME

We had the most amazing time in this cottage home. It was SO cozy & in the most perfect location. 5 min drive to the ferry, water views for bedrooms/kitchen/dining. Fireplace in the living room with the comfiest couches ever. We really enjoyed taking a walk in the neighborhood as well. 10/10 would recommend this home for anyone with children/friends/families. The layout is perfect for all groups. Thanks again!!! :)

We enjoyed the efficiency of this house, lots of window light, spacious dining table arrangement and living areas. That said, we were dismayed by the inconvenience of - if the trash is picked up mid-stay - why there weren't extra trash can liners. Not a single extra, nor were we told that we would need to bring our own. When we contacted you via text, the answering party told us where to look for them, which told us that there should have been AT LEAST a spare. Additionally, we would have expected to be alerted to the fact that there were no dish towels, nor reading lamps in most rooms - both being pretty inconvenient. Please take these notes under consideration We have stayed in weekly rentals before and feel that while the house is lovely, arrangements and communication by management could have been better.

Close to the water

Nice house. Lots of room inside, not a ton of outdoor space but big enough to enjoy a meal outside on the picnic table and there was a grill. You can see the water from the house and it’s only about a 1/2 walk to the beach.

Quaint Cape Cod Cottage

This was the perfect place to stay for a little cape cod getaway! The outdoor space was great, we enjoyed spending the evenings outside watching the sun set over the beautiful bay. The home was a quick drive to the Hyannis port so we were able to take the ferry to Nantucket/ Martha’s Vineyard easily. The inside of the cottage was updated and so beautifully kept! Turn Key was extremely easy to work with and offered 24/7 assistance if needed during our stay.

Beautiful home

Gorgeously clean modern well decorated home. Stunning views of a bay. Was nice to walk over to town beach. Only issues- beach chairs very uncomfortable and no beach umbrella so bring own. Also the kids bikes are for two very small girls, but they had a scooter so that worked out perfectly for my 11 year old son.

The PERFECT Escape on the Cape

My husband and I drove from Chicago with our 10 year old twins to meet my parents here - there were six of us and this house could not have been more perfect for our family get-together. As the first guests, this recently renovated home was immaculate and spotless and had every single thing you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The home was beautifully decorated., comfortable/cozy, well stocked, and the beds were divine! The location could not be beat on a quiet dead end street overlooking the water with the most spectacular sunsets. It was a 3-5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach that wasn’t too crowded and had so much for the kids to to - rocks to play on, an inlet with crabs to look at, and lots of boats to watch. Plus, the water wasn’t deep fat out so my kids could play in the water pretty far from the shore and still only be up to their knees. It could not have been a more perfect beach. My only hesitancy in reviewing this home is not being able to book it again next year because of its popularity ....because it is a true gem and rare find.
