« We arrived at the properly late night. Michel was available for us and answered our questions right away. It’s perfectly located, close to Iowa and Minnesota. We drove to Brownsville MN to eat at a marina, the easy to go to La Crosse to have some great ice scream and walk by the river, and drove back to the Iowa side to have a beer in a local bar. It was amazing. The cabin itself it a magical place. You can just watch a movie and enjoy of a great view locking out the house, you can walk around...

« Great base to enjoy nature, quiet surroundings, and easy access to the Viroqua vicinity. Barred Owls called multiple evenings and mornings. Great deck to hang out on with coffee and binoculars. Cabin was clean and cozy with all the cooking supplies one would need for meals. (also, good tasting water from the tap) »

« Easy check-in. Home is neat and clean inside and out. We did not do much cooking, but the kitchen has every-thing needed if one wanted to put a feast on. We will use it again if available next year. Thank You, Jim »

« Everything was great and exactly as described. Loved the screened in porch for reading and relaxing, although it took a little getting used to the sounds of motorcycles on the highway! Didn’t hear any of that noise when inside the house. Lots of games, puzzles and a fully stocked kitchen. Thanks!! »

« Very EZ check-in. All the rooms were very clean & there were some treats on the kitchen table. Appliances too numerous to mention. There were more towels than were needed. The only thing missing was food.We would highly recommend this rental. »

« We had a wonderful stay, with time to relax and a lot to do in the area. The cabin was comfortable and well taken care of. The screened in porch was great! »

« We had the pleasure of getting a little snow during our stay which was awesome.But the roads from the cabin were sloppy with the melt the following day and we had trouble getting out to go for a grocery run. Kirsty and Kyle were very helpful and were kind enough to bring us some coffee and flour. Really great folks and a very beautiful and private location. Great space to reset from reality. Highly recommend. »

« The house was in a great location. It was clean and well maintained. The backyard had a firepit and nice deck. Brian was attentive and in communication with me. My only complaint was having to bring our own bedding. That's not the most convenient for traveling. »
