Une odeur horrible, mélange d urine et humidit é . Nous avons demande de changer de chambre et pareil! Lit avec draps sale sur le dessus et froissé . Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers. »

« After driving 8 hours, I arrived expecting a clean room but was met with serious cleanliness issues. The AC vent was dirty, the headboard was dusty, and most concerning, the pillowcase had blood stains. I reported this to the night shift front desk associate, who promised to help but never came. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back and was told she had already left for the day without resolving my complaint.
When another front desk associate came to my room, we discovered the pillow...
