« To be fair, we got the room at 9:45pm and checked in a little after 10 because we were in the middle of a lightning storm.

The guys at the desk were polite, but not friendly. They assured me that I could have a room on the ground floor. The room they put us in was longer than a full block walk down at least 4 corridors to the end of the last one. We were walking past many conference rooms. I was dropping my bag...
