„Even though, I've read about Sue's and Tom's kindness and supportive manner before, I was quite surprised when we arrived. They explained everything to us, including where to go hiking, swimming, shopping and dining. Both are very likeable and very friendly to their staff who is noticeable kind, understanding and caring itself.

„We put our son up for the night because there was a fire in his apartment building and we live out of the country. He said the room was great! My only concern was that they needed cc on file and he doesn’t have one, they wouldn’t take mine over the phone. Anyway we were able to use his PayPal account, thankfully!“

„Staff was super friendly and helpful.“

„No staff on sight Room, dirty Breakfast...lousy. Not even fresh coffee“

„Extremely disappointing experience at The Bethel Inn Resort. We arrived after midnight with our son, only to encounter an unhelpful front desk employee who couldn’t answer basic questions about our accommodations and admitted he had never been inside the guest rooms. Our first room had such an offensive odor that we couldn’t stay in it. We were moved to a second room, which thankfully didn’t smell, but had no heat. I quickly realized the thermostat needed batteries. The front desk employee ...
