« We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The living room was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was great. We got lots of sun on the decking and adored the sauna! The upstairs bedrooms are bright and large. The bedroom with the en-suite is small but cosy. The en-suite is more of a wet room but that was fine for a couple of days. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Margate which we found totally reasonable. »

« Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

« Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience! »
