Hôtel près de Télésiège Westgipfel I, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Saalbach-Hinterglemm

« Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok.

« Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

« Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time »

« Thank you.Like that! »

« Belle chambre. Malheureusement on a trouvé l’air climatisé vraiment insuffisant.

« View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay. »

« Établissement moderne. Bien situé. »

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...

« We had a wonderful time in this hotel the view of the room was spectacular the room was clean and the staff were very nice. »

« Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

« Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. »

« Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Apartment, Parkplatz direkt nebendran »
