The Space:

The Den is single-storey and has four bedrooms including three doubles and a double with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom, a shower room, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a utility. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and hairdryer. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a rear, partially enclosed garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a travel cot is available. One small to medium well-behaved pet welcome but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop within 3.7 miles and a pub within 2.1 miles. Make memories in Scotland with a break at The Den. Note: There are some uneven floors throughout the property, please take care.

Situated on the outskirts of the city of Aberdeen is the small town of Westhill. It is an easy commute to Aberdeen which is a vibrant city known for its history and cosmopolitan community. Here, you will find further quality amenities, museums and a stunning coastline. From here you will find opportunities for surfing, diving and sailing, as well as fishing on the River Don and River Dee. Other attractions within the surrounding area includes the hills of Bennachie, Drum Castle, Garden and Estate, the Tyrebagger forest and the Loch of Skene. Westhill is a well-equipped base to explore this picturesque part of Scotland further.
