„Clean security great staff “

„There was some construction at the moment that I got my room . I went to the manager and he shocked me with his professionalty . I travelled all over the world and wasn't expecting in a city like Nairobi that they would take care of it to my satisfaction . They did better then any other hotel sofar .They gave me a wonderfull room and treated me like a king . The staff deserves also a compliment they where really nice and professional. „Our stay was great. We stayed for one night arriving from a safari, completely exhausted. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful, always concerned about our safety. The room was very spacious and clean. We ordered room service, which arrived very quickly and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the food was tasty as well. All in all we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.“

„Loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is situated inside of a mall which is really convenient because I went to the grocery store every day to buy snacks :) The room was HUGE! I actually had the 'smallest' room and it was a studio but the bedroom was separated from the living room with a partition so it seemed a lot bigger. The ONLY issue is that the wifi didn't work for a day so I used up a lot of my data. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.“
