« Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean. »

« Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance...

« Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. »

« Just a quick comment on the Heat system/Air conditionning. It worked fine, but was not calibrated at all. I had to set it to 80 degrees, to get approximately a normal room temp (around 68 degrees). »

Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la chambre, mais correspond au minimum que l'on peut attendre. Le bon point revient au gaufrier à disposition pour se faire des gaufres à volonté. D'un bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble. »

« Nice roomy and clean room. The cleaning service 2 times over a 6-night stay. Ok breakfast and friendly staff. The gym was not in great state: all 3 treadmills died after some 5-10 minutes of running, peloton bike not connected. BEtter run outside and go to one of the local gyms, I wnet to LA Fitness on 95th. »
