« This was the perfect house for our family of five to rent for a long weekend while we attended family 50th anniversary events in Newport! Nicely decorated, clean and located on the water! The host thought of everything..,fridge was full of beverages and snacks! Would definitely rent again! »

« We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! »

It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property. »

« The house was big enough for the 3 of us. Cute little house, had every thing you needed. The private beach is rocky but so quiet and peaceful. The trolley did take up part of the view, but what a great of piece of history to see. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay! »

Such a beautiful blend of cozy with modern amenities that made our stay feel like a giant exhale - even with four kids.
