« Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. Iâve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com
I know that the WhatsApp message was read.
But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didnât found it.
Iâll never stay again at this property or any of this group.
And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location.
Youâll find better option not far in the east part of the city. »
