Hotel staff was helpful to call taxis, but English knowledge by some of them is not the best. I think most of the guests come from eastern Europe or the eastern part of Central Europe. Breakfast was wonderful. In the room only one TV programme in English language, the rest in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish. “
