« The beds were clean and comfortable. It has a pretty view of the lake. Great communication with host. Nothing really in walking distance, but we were able to easily call Ubers. Overall the property needed a deep cleaning. »

« The house is great, exactly as the photos. Very spacious and with sun light. Heaps of heaters everywhere, we stayed warm and cozy. Thank you for the owners to allow us feel like in our own home. »

« 2A + 1C aged 15 years. The house is spacious and quiet. A bit dated and needs some TLC and athorough clean (carpets need a good vacuum) but perfectly comfortable. The fireplace did a great job of heating the house - we closed the doors to rooms we weren't using to maximise the heat. Like other guests, we too found the gate entrance a tight squeeze - we have an SUV so just needed to take it slow. »

« There was a leakage from the top bathroom into the kitchen area. There was also a leakge from the roof from the bigger bedroom on top. »

« Perfect getaway location with easy access to all that Rotorua has to offer. Wake to the sound of birds chirping in the morning / evening. Best if one has personal vehicle to get to activities but Uber is also an option. Wonderful hosts. Met my every expectation and that of my adult family. »
