« 2A + 1C aged 15 years. The house is spacious and quiet. A bit dated and needs some TLC and athorough clean (carpets need a good vacuum) but perfectly comfortable. The fireplace did a great job of heating the house - we closed the doors to rooms we weren't using to maximise the heat. Like other guests, we too found the gate entrance a tight squeeze - we have an SUV so just needed to take it slow. »

« We were disappointed to find the pool room was under maintenance so we could not use it, looking at other reviews seems like this has been the case for some time so not sure why it’s still advertised with it. Also advertised 7 rooms however we only had access to 6, all other doors and assuming 7th room was locked, so again not what we paid for. Place was quite dusty and smelt humid, did not seem as clean close up as it seems in photos. Overall we were quite disappointed. Hoping this review...

« We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook »

« Perfect house for a family vacation! The pool, playground and grounds were immaculate! The house is adorable and Joe and Cynthia were extremely responsive. We loved waking up to the view of the lake from the house. Fantastic location as well! »

« A lovely house situated outside Rotorua. We had a wonderful time with our kids feeding the ponies and playing. The place was comfortable and spaceous. Clean. Toys for the kids. Nice patio with a view. Lovely host. »

« Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. »

« We stay here for a week. The house is modern and very comfortable. The spa was clean, turned on and ready to get into. The kitchen was well equipped, excellent showers. The host, Dharmen, communicated well via email and is very nice man. Everything we needed was there.Visited some geothermals, Gondola, shopping and the 4x4 self drive buggy at Adventure Playground. We would definitely this house. »
