Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. « This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. Extra toothbrushes were provided if you needed them with other bathroom products, plenty of towels for two, lots of cooking options. (Also, it is not the house with the carport, it is further back from the road than I realized and tried to get into another BnB/Vrbo before I realized I was at the wrong one) »

« Beautiful property, well maintained. We felt relaxed and at home as soon as we got there. Decor was homey and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was spacious and we enjoyed sitting there after we go back from the blues fest. »

« Stayed two night as we were there for a family reunion. It was just me and my son, but would be perfect for large families and ppl with little ones. They had a lot that we just didn’t use. The property is nice and quiet, if I had any negatives it would be they are not the most comfortable beds, other than that, excellent for the price. »

« The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and well stocked. The only thing I could complain about has nothing to do with the home, and the property manager was very nice. However the road to get to property was quite a trip. Very curvy and busy. Otherwise our stay was great. »
