« Susan's great cooking and kindliness, the magnificent beach bar, great sunsets.Exciting excursions => snorkelling on Three Marys Beach was amazing (just us and the fish, after a wild dirt track ride),. « The property sits in a very safe area on a nice clean beach overlooking the beautiful turquoise water. There are 4 suites with some shared spaces outside but we always felt we had the place to ourselves! The deck overlooking the ocean is where we spend many days with cool beverages and some music lounging in the sun. We had 2 amazing meals and had left overs for lunch the next day. « The house is located right on the beach which I loved because it was easy to go from the house to the beach. The pool was nice to have! The groceries are limited on North Caicos so if you can get groceries before riding the ferry to North Caicos, you will have a better selection and probably better prices. We grilled out almost every night. Restaurants are on the island of North Caicos but we did not enjoy eating out as much as we did to grill at the house. The best restaurant we tried was...

« The house was very well stocked and perfect for our group for a joint birthday vacation! Communication between everyone was wonderful and very smooth making the trip very easy to organize! It is a wonderful place to stay if looking for something a little off the beaten path! »

The inside of the villa and the exterior steps, porches, etc. were all immaculately clean! All the necessities worked well! The WIFI was super fast! « House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. « Our stay at Golden Pelican was absolutely amazing! The house is beachfront with a breathtaking beach a very short 3-5 minute walk down the beach to Horse Stable Beach. Even with 2 infants in tow, it was a simple walk (a little rocky at first) and with such a gorgeous beach so close, we rarely went anywhere else.
