« The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean. »

« A series of red flags from this location. The worst was the unclean bed sheets and the lack of towels in the bathroom. There was a lack of food prep (no functioning microwave and no stove). Also no TV. »

« Misinformation about kitchen vs kitchenette. No kettle or coffee maker. If it suggests sleeps 5 there should be enough cutlery, bowls, plates etc. There was Not.Marks all on walls. No curtains on basement windows.Noise at all hours from the house and 2nd basement apartment.Difficult check in with simple locks and separate padlock which locked us out. Information about self check in and out was not forthcoming. Would not stay there again. »

« This two-bedroom apartment appears almost brand new, in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The basement apartment is sleek and modern, and all the kitchen amenities we could need were in good supply. Figuring out where to enter the apartment (from the back of the house, down a narrow gravel incline) took us a few minutes, but we got in the apartment without great difficulty. « Spent one night in Port Perry to go to car show. Arrived night before and walked around town as suggested by Lynn our host and enjoyed the beautiful old homes and marina. Had an amazing dinner at Jesters and next day had a fantastic breakfast at the Inn. Excellent host, lovely little dog Teddie. Felt like home. Could not have asked for better stay. »

« The host responds quickly and is super kind and easy to communicate with. My only issue with my stay was the cleanliness throughout the house there was dust and i noticed under all the furniture it definitely hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was one shower that was quite gross along with having no towels as well in that washroom. Some of the kitchen supplies such as oven pans were greasy and crusty. « My most recent booking wasn't what the host advertised and it was a condemned notice on the property. I refuse to stay there because I felt unsafe and it was advertised as a entire house, but was just a room with shared amenities and the house looked unlivable.I didn't stay here, I message support and nothing was done.I'm very frustrated with the whole process... »
