« Well equipped, even had an air fryer, comfy beds, fabulous shower, brilliant wood heater. This was our 3rd stay here. Looking forward to coming back, our fur baby loved the outdoors. Very private with a great outlook. »

« We had a great time with family. Plenty of walks up the beach and over the headland. Fish a plenty off the beach and out to Betsy Island. Spacious house. Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed 8-ball and the record player. Comfortable! Great kitchen and dining area. Loved the fire. Lots of room for all 10. We wish we had of booked for a few weeks!Oh, and the winter solstice swin right on sunup was amazing. We are now making it a yearly thing... and no, we were not nude! »

« The property was really nice and family friendly. The beach is only @ 20metres away ( not 5mins )and its a lovely lovely beach ...... its got a full kitchen, which I couldn't see on the booking site. The walks ( close by ) were great - Cape Raoul Lookout - was MAGNIFICIENT !. The pennicot boat tour was wonderful. Loved the place. »

« What a wonderful location, a hidden gem. Perfect for family stays, with children of all ages. Clean, tidy and well presented. The pool/spa is a wonderful bonus. The beds were perfect, lying on clouds is the best way to describe them. We could not recommend this place more. »

« We had a lovely time, it was special being right on the beach. The house is very comfortable and we had everything and more that we needed. Branko is a very attentive host who wants to make sure you’re having a nice time. If you’re after peace and quiet, Frogmouth cottage at Primrose Sands is the place to be! Would love to stay again sometime. »
