« Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...

« Absolutely loved our stay, super clean super cozy, there was a cold front and they provided us with an additional heater before arriving. The weather got really bad, sleet and snow and they were extremely accommodating and helpful, most of the town had little to no power and we never lost power thankfully. Staff communication was also great very quick and responsive 10/10 »
