« Nice, large house, ample parking. We really enjoyed the family room and dining room that accommodated all of us as well as other visiting family members. Our family had a wonderful time. Appreciated that pets were allowed. Backyard was huge. Had small issue with goat heads, but still a nice area for dogs to use. House close to all shopping. »

« Lovely little house, VERY conveniently located in Ashland. Beds are comfy and the communication was great. It is a very old house, so expect original wood floors. steep stairs, and small but very functional bathrooms. We'd stay there again! Great for our family - »

« Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again. »

The riverfront location is stunning — close to Crater Lake, wineries, hiking, rafting, and Lost Creek Lake. Rural charm with all the conveniences just a short drive away.
