« Beautiful house!! Check in was a breeze and kitchen was better than mine at home. Hated to leave. Walked to the beach every day even with grandma who has difficulties. Accommodations for six people were perfect. Washer and dryer easily accessible. Beds extremely comfortable. Every room is pleasingly decorated. Can't say enough good things about this rental. »

« Very cool conversion of an old barn. Very comfy and rather iconic. Because of the barn construction, there was an occasional encounter with a bug or two. Nicely located with many shops and restaurants nearby. The surrounding neighborhood of Quechee is very pleasant and kind of upscale country. Be aware there are no hangers/closets/ironing board/washer/dryer, so plan accordingly. »

« Our family had a great stay in Ludlow for a four day ski vacation. Tom and Patti were great hosts and their home is convenient to both Okemo and Killington. The hosts communicated well with us and their place was perfect for our needs (family of 4), clean, and convenient to downtown Ludlow and restaurants. »

« the hosts were lovely, the home was exactly as described and very clean and we loved it there. we’ll be back! »

« The home had an elevated deck with full view of the lake from all spots on the deck. There was also a back room with views of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and the queen bed was comfortable. AC would have been nice, but there were plenty of fans..Town of Ludlow was close with good food. »

« The feel was so relaxing, felt like home.Im at a loss for words was just wonderful. »

« Fully stocked kitchen, AC in all the rooms, tons of natural light. Excellent Sandy bottom swimming hole on 106 from GMHA to the house. Also close to everything. Killington, Quechee Gorge, Plymouth Cheese just to name a few. Can’t wait to go back. »

« Margarete and Alice welcomed us upon arrival. The house was the quintessential New England home! It was super clean, our bed was very comfortable with soft welcoming linens. The views are incredible, and the property provided much needed peace and tranquility. The weather was not the best but we managed to find plenty to do in the area. Alice, Margarete's black lab, took us for a hike on the property. She was an excellent playful guide! We look forward to returning to this peaceful retreat in...

« Beautiful home. Very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Comfortable furniture and items for leisure, TV, games, reading materials, etc. Enjoyed. the hot tub. Had access to lots of useful items in the kitchen for cooking. Had fun grilling. Will definitely recommend. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this charming, little lake house! We never ran out of things to do - kayaking, swimming, fishing, cooking s'mores over the fire... We also visited the VINS Nature Center in Quechee and learned so many interesting facts about birds of prey! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals but there are also several good restaurants right in Ludlow.The 2 window ACs keep the whole house at a very comfortable temp. We're already thinking about returning next year! »
