„Positives are that we had lots of room in the suite, it was quiet, clean, we were able to hook up our firestick to the tv and the WiFi was fast. The front desk clerk, when we arrived, was helpful, professional and friendly. All the other staff were also friendly and helpful. The only negative was when we first got to the room it was 83 degrees in there but Will was able to reset the thermostat and it eventually cooled down and there weren’t any other problems. „Every interaction with the staff, regardless of the role, was excellent. Our room was comfortable and the facility had great outdoor seating options next to the stream and waterfall. One area that does need some attention is the kitchen. Breakfast was disappointing and the quality of the our dinner - lemon garlic pasta - was below par. „This was a nice stay and a great price and super convenient to the interstate. However, because it is very near the interstate, you hear of the traffic through the night. I cranked up the AC/fan which drowned out a lot of the noise, but not all of it. A good stay, but be aware of this factor.“

„The maids/custodians need to focus on the floors and walls around ten toilets as well as the toilets when cleaning! There’s no way I could see the poop on the floor/wall and they missed it. Also, some type of bug/pest control bc there were little black bugs in the bathroom and they were very much alive. The bed was clean and comfortable. „It is a very convenient location. Across the street is the Grocery store with gasoline and the pizza/sandwich shop. Later, we did walk 250 yards to the brewery. Small parking area for a large p/u truck. Biggest drawback is that it is only 15 feet from the main road going through Damascus, which tends to be busy and noisy. And no front or back usable porch..“

„Very cozy cabin, nicely decorated. There were many extras provided by the hosts such as tea and spices and soaps. We took advantage of the firepit out front. No cell signal but wifi and roku provided. We had a lovely visit. Confirm that linens and towels are provided. We did not see that on the listing but did receive an email from the hosts that we needed to bring our own linens. Maybe it was because it was off season.“
