« Great area to take the kids. There was a lot of Waters sports that the kids used such as kayaks. Water, trampolines, etc.. There is a volleyball net, but you would need to bring your own Volleyball. Sand on the beach is super nice right for kids building Sandcastles »

« Exactly as posted and the host is incredibly responsive! Sought a quiet and peaceful time away with water access and got it in full. Recommend trying out the nearby ice cream parlour in Dunchurch. »

« This is a special place, ideal for 2-3 people. We loved the outdoor shower. The stem of a tree is part of the structure- very original. We were allowed to bring our pet who clearly enjoyed being there as well. We would book this home again for a repeat visit to Parry Sound »

The host was fantastic, after our GPS took us to the wrong location, she took the time to give us detailed directions over the phone to ensure we found the cabin which was very appreciated. « Beautiful very clean cabin with amazing view- boat access was amazing very private . Very accommodating service for first timers! Kids loved the fishing and swimming right off the dock 5 stars! »

« What a wonderful place! As all guests have noted, the cottage is extremely comfortable and beautiful. On cold winter days the wood stove (and plentifully supplied wood) keeps the house cosy, and the vast glass front to the cottage allows one to feel you are sitting in the woods. In December it was extremely quiet, we didn't see anyone else nearby or on the lake - making for a very remote and relaxing experience. We were able to walk on the frozen lake and along snowy roads, as well as cook in...

« We were hesitant to book this property without prior reviews, but ultimately decided to take a chance. The location and setting are beautiful, and the cottage itself has a lot of potential to be a wonderful vacation rental.That said, the listing was not accurate. This is not a true three-bedroom accommodation. It is an open-concept cabin with two beds, an open loft, and a separate bunkie with one bed. It felt more like a bachelor suite plus a bunkie rather than the three-bedroom property...

« We absolutely loved our time here. The property itself was amazing! Well kept, stunning views and lots to do without having to leave. The host was great, easy to communicate with and seems to have thought of it all. We loved the small touches she added that made the property super charming. « Staying at the River Done was a truly awesome experience. Communication was great, if we needed anything a quick text helped us with anything we needed.
