« I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong cigarette smell. It honestly smelled like walking into a casino in Reno. I immediately notified the front desk, but all they said was that it was on the non-smoking side of the hotel. They made no effort to address the issue or offer another room. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean, which only made the experience worse. I even sprayed Lysol throughout the room, but the cigarette odor was so...

« It was okay, the bed and all the furniture were clean. All though the carpet and the walls were not so clean. It could be better! Still, we slept well. I would go again because it was really really cheap and no much hotel in covington! »

« The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon. »

« Here's a breakdown of what I observed at the Whit's Inn during my one night stay. Bubbling drywall / paint all over the walls. Be sure to ask for extra towels... « Do not recommend. Three strikes and we left for a different option. Strike one: room somewhat dirty and smelled funny Strike two: Remote didn’t work with TV Strike three: An hour after we arrived and were settling in we discovered that the water had just been turned off due to a plumbing problem and “hopefully” would be back on by the next day.
