« This is a small boutique hotel well located to easily access all the ruins, temples, and sites of Anuradhapura. It has a nice pool to cool off after sightseeing. The breakfast was fantastic. When we arrived, because the hotel wasn’t fully booked, the manager kindly upgraded us to a room with more space so we would be more comfortable. The manager also arranged for a tour guide for a private tour of the ruins of Anuradhapura. The manager and the rest of the staff were so helpful and...

« Lake Wind Villa in Anuradhapura is a gem of tranquility! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the serene lake. The staff is warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Perfect for relaxation after exploring the city’s rich history. Highly recommended! »

« Personale molto gentile. Cibo ottimo »

« “It was a short overnight family trip, and we were very pleased with the service provided. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and polite throughout our stay. I would happily book this property again the next time I visit Anuradhapura.” »

« We were basically received in silence at check-in and the hospitality did not improve from there. We were the only guests but were given the only room without a window (the other doors were open) and were told there wasn't any other possibility. Really different from every other guesthouse and experience in Sri Lanka. »

« Our family (4 adults and 2 children) stayed for 1 night (July 2026). Everything is excellent and in future, we will chose this place without hesitation. Hosts Sulochana and Mathavan are professional, courteous and extremely friendly. Property is very close to Anuradhapura attractions. Amenities are very good and the location is very safe. »

« Bon etat general, piscine agreable, bon petit dejeuner, mais tres loin des lieux a visiter »

« I had a great stay. The property was located right on the lake and run by a small family. They went above and beyond to help me with my pilgrimage. I booked a small room but I upgraded to the cabana. »

« Attention to detail and very good manager. Food was par excellence- both taste and variety Great pool, good rooms and excellent staff »
