„Staff was really nice and hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel. It’s not bad but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The windows in the room are like you’re in a basement. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. “

„The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. “

„Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.“

„Bad service from start to finish. This is not the relaxing 5 star resort they claim to be. It’s a super resort all inclusive money making machine. From start to finish the front desk is not welcoming or helpful at check in or check out. The beach and pool servers are all annoyed to be there outside of 1/4 of the days we had a good server. All 4 restaurants we had bad service at. The food was above average for all inclusive but nothing amazing. They charge highly inflated food and drink prices ...

„Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel mit perfektem Service. Der Butler kuemmert sich ruehrend um alle Belange. Super modernes Gym mit guten Fitnessstunden und Yoga. Am letzten Abend wurden wir mit einem romantischen Rosen Turn Down Service, Incl Rosenbad , ueberrascht. Die ganze Woche war voller schoener Erlebnisse und wir haben einen unserer schoensten Urlaube hier verbracht. “

„We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven).
