« Spent a night because went to see Rodeo in Banning on sunday sept 7. The hotel is closed from a busy road but we had a standard room opposite of this road so it was very good. Microwave in the room which is getting unusual now in usa ( according to me). Staff was nice and professional »

« Room abf grounds were in poor condition. Pool was empty and closed. Ice machine was broken. No shampoo was provided. Furniture was old , scratched and office chair seat material torn. Way overpriced for quality of stay. The only redeeming quality was the check-in person. Very friendly and apologetic for hotel condition..... »

« It was a very noisy hotel People fight in the middle of the night with an others Party going on until 3 hr in the morning Some girls allowed male friends to enter from the exit door to party or whatever… I felt insecure Called front desk to make these people to shut up No answers Employees were nice that’s pretty much the only positive things Actually I need a refund because it’s unacceptable It was guetto I spent 3 weeks there and it was a bad experience »

« I asked for a smoking room, so I could smoke a bowl of my prescribed med, was told the non-smoking rooms were "nicer" but I needed a smoking room. BIG mistake. The floors were dirty, the coverlet AND blanket had holes burned in them, there were small dead roaches on the floor, as well as 2 that I killed... It building is Right next to the freeway, and the building shook with every big truck that passed above. All in all, it was a very very uncomfortable night, with all of my belongings packed in...

« This location is absolutely dirty. Everything in the room was broken and the walls were filthy. The bathroom was filthy as well. There was cockroaches climbing up the walls. »

« Got 2 loads of laundry stolen out the dryer and when notified staff to roll back cameras I was told sorry I'm only able to see live view on the cameras so what is the point of even having cameras so ya took a loss on a lot of clothes »

« Hotel très bien situé et très accueillant. Par contre, il est difficile de dormir sans bouchons d’oreilles, c’est très bruyant. Le rapport qualité prix est correct. La propreté est correcte, dommage pour la TV connectée car le Wifi est nul. »
