Beach Essentials: The property includes 6 beach chairs, 1 beach cart, 2 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, 1 cooler, and sand buckets for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
