„We were told check in was at 3:00. We drove for five hours hoping to have a room ready for us before heading out at 4:00. The room was not ready and would not be ready until 4;00. Therefore, we were forced to find a place to light until our 4;00 appointment. The check in clerk was also abrupt about the room and gave little information about parking or dining. The rest of the hotel was great.“

"Very good located, nicely renovated with a very stylish lobby. At the check-in very friendly staff. Unfortunately at the check-out very arrogant receptionist, didn't know that for VIP guests of hotels.com a bottle of wine is included. This was a very annoying experience unfortunately. The rooms are very nice and well equipped."
