„I had high expectations for this hotel. I chose it based on reviews and price (fairly high) I love a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, other than the price I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The decor is kitchy, dated, and way overdone. To me everything just seemed to be trying too hard and it all missed the mark. The upstairs restaurant was also over-done decor-wise and the food was tortured and complicated without being particularly good. Everything just came off as thirsty and cheap rather ...

„Very good located, nicely renovated with a very stylish lobby. At the check-in very friendly staff. Unfortunately at the check-out very arrogant receptionist, didn't know that for VIP guests of hotels.com a bottle of wine is included. This was a very annoying experience unfortunately. The rooms are very nice and well equipped.“

„Bathroom was pretty dirty, bottom of toilet was covered in yellow grossness (I noticed while blow drying my hair) and hair in shower/on towels. We thought it would be more of a charming type of age to it, but it just seemed outdated. Staff were nice and helpful.“
