Traducir texto con tu cámara My experience at this resort was horrible, the water park was completely empty and unhealthy, the pool where the slides ended was green with dirt and had a horrible odor. The park bar was also dirty, my nephew had diarrhea when he ate the cupcakes in this bar, there was no security because we saw a man who, after drinking too much alcohol, took off his clothes and became naked and the bar employee simply didn't take any action, who Dressed the man were other guests who were at the place. Imagine my children witnessing this situation. The staff at the Japanese and Seafood restaurants were also rude and hostile as if we were harassing them for using the restaurants we paid for the food and service. The room service charged at check-in without authorization did not work. The products in the minibar were not replenished. Every Caribbean resort provides entertainment at night but this one had absolutely nothing decent with a night show, a shame for the Hilton chain. There was no power and amazingly they didn't have a generator, we stayed in the dark for almost 30 minutes. With the exception of the very attentive and competent employee Mi Angelica, I should be promoted to Hotel Manager because thanks to her, with her competence and cordiality, I was able to at least have pleasant breakfasts and lunches. Because the rest of my stay, as mentioned above, was horrible, I paid to be annoyed. Hilton hotel completely unprepared and without any security.

Stayed for 3 nights on a solo vacation to Curacao and I would definitely stay again in the future. The room was extremely well designed and clean. The hallways were clean and the hotel was quite quiet. The hotel has an open air design so there was no weird smell that hotels can sometimes have. There were several dining options and you can also eat at the hotel next door. We also had access to the Mangrove Beach at the hotel next door and a smaller beach at the Rif (which I preferred because it was quiet). There is still construction at the hotel on the top two floors, making it inconvenient for sleeping in but I used white noise or ear plugs as needed or just used the daytime to lounge outside. Great value for the price and the hotel is new enough that there weren't crazy amounts of travelers at the same time.

I didnt Like that the hotel was promoted as a ALL ADULT HOTEL and there were many kids running around i was There for my birthday and always for some healing after loosing my fiancé 6 months ago so that was a lil distracting at the pool then the staff was extremely rude to me on 2 encounters my first day a worker was tell me i couldnt Have guest and argued with me about it then upon checking out a worker was rude COULDNT understand me nor find my reservation after i told Her all my information a number of times and i told Her my ride was there and i woild Be late for my flight she continue to take long and on top of all of this i told Them ahead of time and sent emails about my birthday nothing was set. Up untill the following day just wasn’t ok to the point i just ended up staying at 2 different hotels because of this

El hotel es relativamente nuevo, por lo que sus instalaciones estaban en óptimas condiciones. De todo el staff, solo puedo destacar a 2 meseras que fueron above and beyond con su servicio. El resto, daba la impresión que solo estaban ahí por un cheque. En especial las chicas del front desk, necesitan un training en servicio al cliente urgente. Los restaurants disponibles son buenos, pero nada wow. El que más nos gustó fue el Italiano, que no necesita reserva pero la espera es entre 30-40min para conseguir una mesa. La playa es privada y linda. Sin embargo, en la isla hay algunas otras playas muy lindas. Nosotros alquilamos un carro y dedicamos un día a conocer las playas de alrededor. El carro lo alquilamos en el mismo hotel y lo bueno es que ahí mismo lo puedes recoger y entregar. En general, en comparación con el precio, el hotel es una muy buena opción y lo recomiendo.

I believe this to be a relatively new property. The staff were not Friendly never spoken unless spoken to the communication between the staff was poor, but the resort itself is very beautiful and the food was very good

The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. The buffet food was very good and tasty with a wide variety. The beach, pool and waterpark were nice as well and not too crowded. The construction noise in above rooms was the only negative when we wanted to relax in the room during the day with constant hammering. My family did enjoy the hotel overall since we spent most time using the hotel's facilities outside.

This hotel was stunning, the food was good and the staff were amazing! Thank you to T’keyah, Mark, Tiffany, Roshanna? & the taxi driver who returned my phone that I left the night before JUNIOR! What an angel. The only negative is the service at the restaurants, it’s extremely slow! Ridiculously slow but I suspect it’s due to understaffing and it’s a brand new property so there is much room for improvement. Thank you for making our celebrations even more special!!! The water here is crystal clear btw & I love how they reserve marine life!!

Let me say Curacao should be on everyone’s “Visit List” but the staff and service at The Rif was one that deserves a review. From the time we got to the location we were greeted by Remie from the front desk with open arms and full of Pleasantries. His energy was everything we needed after 12 hours of traveling😩. He wanted to help and assist and be helpful in any and all ways possible. The service of Ella, Tiffany from the front office was impecable. A need was needed and the didn’t hesitate to assist. But let’s talk about Nathan, Gideon, Reynerd from the bar…. AMAZING!!! They were personalable, helpful, great communication and very inviting. I cannot end this review without talking about Jennifer in the harbour restaurant. When I tell you her customer service is AAAAA it’s times that!!!! She made sure we were taken care of EVERYDAY, her smile her laugh, her go beyond to please attitude is what’s needed in this world today. These specific employees were beyond amazing! The service they provided was absolutely one in a million. They were beyond pleasant and willing to help and assist with all of our needs. They made us feel as if we were family and made this our second home. We love Curacao because of our encounter with them ❤️🇨🇼

The list of issues I had is extensive including but not limited to having to change rooms multiple times and still never having one that didn't have a major issue to the point that i essentially gave up an stopped mentioning the problems ( mold in one room, some kind of rodent in the other, only scolding hot water in another). Staff don't care about your experience there, long wait times for service even when restaurants are completely empty, room service literally only came once out of the 6 times I tried amd it took nearly three hours to arrive. I've traveled to more than 20 countries and this is by far the worst stay I've ever had including staying in hostels with no hot wayer when I was younger. Needless to say you couldn't pay me to come back to this resort.

Positief; * ligging van het hotel * parkeergelegenheid * ruime kamers * mooi strand Negatief; * bij aankomst kamer niet schoon * elke ochtend beginnen ze rond 7.30 uur met bouwwerkzaamheden waardoir uitrusten tijdens vakantie er niet inzit. Dit hoort bekend gemaakt te worden op de website. Helemaal voor $700 per nacht * kamers zijn zeer gehorig, kan ‘‘s nachts mee genieten van het gehuil van baby op de aangrenzende kamer * schoonmaak is van de 5 nachten 3 dagen niet uitgevoerd ook al gaven wij dit aan bij de receptor of “app” met verzoeken tot schoonmaak * personeel bij front desk niet service gericht. Bij klachten wordt je door de manager geïrriteerd aangekeken. Bij uitcheck wordt er niet eens gevraagd of het verblijf is bevallen. Nee mevrouw zit ondertussen aan de telefoon en zegt alleen is goed zo! * bij het ontbijtbuffet zijn de warme gerechten koud Kortom een ZEER slechte ervaring voor een 5 sterren hotel. Dit hotel verdiend naar mijn mening niet meer dan 3 sterren. Wij reizen veel en verblijven regelmatig in Hilton Hotels waaronder Waldorf Astoria in Dubai en Amsterdam. Maar de samenwerking met Corendon vind ik een afgang voor Hilton.

We ordered room service and waited an hour ti call and that is his we found out they could not deliver what we requested. The buffet needed to cover the food so that flies would not land on the food. The Bistro was the best restaurant for the food and service. Our room had very loud air conditioner. They did not clean our room even though we left a sign on the door. They did decorate my room for my birthday.

This seems like a new property. Everything was new including the employees. Not everyone knew everything about how the facilities work but they more than made up for it with their friendliness and hospitality. We had a water view but the beach is hard to see from the room. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice (but probably not necessary for us at least). The hotel did not know that we were gold members when we checked in but tried to accommodate us once they found out. Lines were long for the restaurants where reservations were not needed but we were on vacation and island time so it did not matter to us. If we were starving we could have gone to the buffet! Plenty of seating at the beach and pool. We did not have to go out and reserve a spot at sunrise! That was a nice plus. Overall, a great vacation. Would love to come back.

I had a pleasant stay at The Rif At Mangrove Beach Corendon All-Inclusive, Curio. The woman at the reception was very helpful and attentive. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning, the cleaning lady promptly reported it to maintenance and resolved the issue efficiently. The restaurant staff were courteous, although the absence of evening activities like live music was a downside. The bartenders at Mangrove Beach Corendon were consistently courteous and helpful, maintaining their professionalism even during peak times. Their service added to the positive experience during my stay at The Rif, even during peak times. A potential improvement could be addressing rooms with views into the parking garage for enhanced privacy. One notable aspect is that The Rif lacks its own gym, requiring guests to use the small gym at Mangrove Beach Corendon. This arrangement might be limiting for those seeking a more comprehensive fitness facility.

Estamos fazendo nosso checkout hoje e posso afirmar que foi tudo perfeito! Não falamos inglês, nem espanhol muito bem e eles se esforçaram em nos entender todas as vezes que realizamos pedidos. São muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Ha diversas opções de restaurantes para quem está no The Rif, alguns como o Cor & Dons e o de Frutos do mar são necessários reservas antecipadas, pois eles servem um cardápio bem elaborado com uma sequência de comidas, muito, muito bom! O sushi e o siciliano também foram ótimos! O mexicano, turco e bistrô são ótimos também. Amamos os lanches perto da piscina e só não provamos o café! Tudo foi perfeito, a carta de drinks é ótima e provamos quase toda ela. A praia é ótima, e sugiro que inclua passeio nas praias próximas ao hotel, o ideal é alugar uma moto ou carro para ir. No centro você pode ir caminhando. Enfim, nota 10/10 em tudo. Eu e meu marido estamos voltando muito felizes com nossas mini férias.
