ACCESS AND PARKING

The whole home is yours, inside and out. Self check-in with a smart lock. Free driveway parking for up to four cars; the driveway is at the back of the lot, a short walk across the yard to the door. A car is recommended for trips beyond the village; Uber and Lyft are available but limited on busy weekends, so pre-schedule rides. Milwaukee Mitchell (MKE) is about 53 minutes away and Chicago O'Hare (ORD) about 75 minutes.



AREA

Williams Bay Beach (sand beach with bathhouse and showers) is the nearest swim spot, and the Geneva Lake Shore Path is a short walk. Yerkes Observatory is about 5 minutes on foot, Harpoon Willie's about 4, Pier 290 about 10, and Steamers at Green Grocer about 5. By car: Geneva National about 5 minutes, Abbey Springs about 10, Big Foot Beach State Park about 12, Hawks View and Grand Geneva about 15, Alpine Valley about 20, and downtown Lake Geneva about 10.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Two-story older home: one queen bedroom and the stand-up shower bath are on the main floor; the other two bedrooms and the tub bath are upstairs

• There are steps at the entry, so the home is not step-free

• Exterior security cameras on the property, outdoor areas only. No interior cameras

• A noise monitor inside the home measures decibel levels only; no audio is recorded. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors

• No smoking inside. No pets. The booking guest must be 25 or older

• Suitable for children and infants

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; ask in advance

• After booking we send a short electronic rental agreement; signing it is required to receive check-in instructions. We also send a Guest Portal link to complete before check-in, and during booking you choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization
