The house was great. Had three families there for a week and there was room for more. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful location on the tropic of cancer beach. Homeowners were more than accommodating and quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

The house was really well stocked, great kitchen equipment, a glass for every drink you could imagine, great beach/pool toys and plenty of outdoor furniture, wonderful BBQ. Yvonne answered our endless questions so promptly we felt totally supported. This is a great house for a group, very spacious inside and out. Very thoughtfully equipped for families away from home. Loved having direct beach access and views to die for. Really we could not improve anything about it and would love to return!

Stunning home caterer Ann fabulous caretaker Andrew incredible. 12 of us age 5-75 spent 7 nights in the stunning home right on Tropic of Cancer beach!Rented boat and jet skis from Little Exuma Boat rental with Judy. snorkeled swam with sharks, rays and pigs. Beautiful place!

This was our second time coming to Little Exuma, but our first time staying at this house. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and perfect location! The house manager Andrew was incredible!! He helped us with any questions, including bringing us more 5 gallon water jugs, to arranging in an early taxi to the airport for some of our guests and much more. This house was by far our favorite and we cannot wait to return!

A magical place

We rented 23Exuma with friends for spring break. We had the best time. The house is more beautiful than the pictures and is so well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are so comfortable and the house was so clean. Even with 12 people in the house we never felt crowded because the house is laid out with plenty of space. The pool and deck were a perfect place to hang out. The owners have thought of everything. They have everything you could need to enjoy a day on the beach from chairs to toys and snorkel stuff. The property manager, Andrew was such a great guy. He not only took care of the house but also took care of our group and helped us figure out some alternative plans when the windy weather made us change things up. His wife Kim, is an angel on earth. She made our trip so special from pre shopping for us to cooking delicious dinners multiple nights. Each meal was made with love and was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Incredible!

This home was perfect for our family! We had 10 people - grandparents in 60s, parents in 30s, and kids 7-11. The view is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Beautiful spot for an engagement which is what we had! The pool and beach setup are ideal. Lots of outdoor games, chairs, kayaks, etc. we had everything we needed! The house manager, Andrew, was so attentive and helpful. We will be back!

Everything that was written in previous reviews was spot on. The house was beautiful as well as the beach. We had smaller children and a teenager and everyone was able to enjoy! Simply Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at 23Exuma. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. It's in a quiet location with breathtaking views. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen! Family extravaganza

Staff were very friendly and on top of all our needs, 5 stars to them. Kim was our chef for the week and delivered authentic local food as we had asked, excellent. The house is beyond words. We had 3 couples, an adult single and three teens and never felt crowded. Both interior and exterior had expansive living areas. With all that greatness, the view simply exceeded all expectations. Even after 8 days we all were still amazed with the beauty. We are not first time travelers, we have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and pacific. Amazing property and beach

From the booking process all the way to the end of our stay was easy with great communication from Yvonne the owner and house manager Andrew! I really can’t say enough about how quick and responsive Andrew was! The house and pictures are as described! The view is stunning and beach was outstanding! Being able to kayak to the islands out front and snorkel was fantastic! We were a group of 8 adults, 10 year old and 12 year old. We loved it so much we are planning a trip back next year. This will be the first time our group has been to the same place twice! Highly recommend!!

There can't be a more perfect place to stay

There truly can't be a more perfect place to stay in the Caribbean, let alone on Exuma. This is our 4th visit to Exuma, and without a doubt, this is the best home we've rented. It is pristine and stocked with everything you could possibly need—right down to an electric corkscrew! The beach is the calmest and most beautiful on the island. We celebrated a memorable 60th birthday here, and it was fantastic. We highly recommend Chef Keva, Betty’s food delivery, and Jackie's pizza. We've already booked for 2025 and can’t wait to return. Many thanks to Dave and Yvonne for their excellent communication, and to the property manager, Andrew who checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommend!

Great House!

This house is as advertised! I can’t tell you how many times there have been homes we’ve stayed in that didn’t match the pics as advertised. That’s certainly not the case here. We’ve never stayed in a house as well stocked as this one. There is literally EVERYTHING you could think of. It’s beyond obvious that the owner puts money back into the house. On a side note, one of the highlights of our trip were the Property Managers. Mrs. Kim & her husband could not have been better hosts. We definitely recommend letting Mrs. Kim cook for you! It was delicious. If we had any questions or needs, they were quick with a response! Beautiful beach, beautiful home, & incredible people. Highly recommend.

Exuma at its best!!

This house was perfect for our family and on the most beautiful Tropic of Cancer beach. Every one had their own space. The kitchen area was spacious and well stocked. The kayaks were great to have to go out to the islands near the house. So many amenities like plenty of beach towels and pool toys, and a beautiful deck and pool area. Also it was nice to have 3 umbrellas for our beach time. Believe the pictures on VRBO. 23 Exuma is a beautiful house that has plenty of room and a gorgeous view. Bonus #1: The house was extremely clean. Bonus #2: Andrew and Kim are awesome to work with and answered all of our questions quickly! Bonus #3: Claudine’s delivery meals are delicious! And Brea’s hamburgers are the best!

Great week in the Bahamas

This house is truly amazing. It fit our family perfectly. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. The property manager, was quick to respond when the electricity went out. We used a chef for several meals and it worked out great. I don't know how you could stay there without using a chef. It was our 50th anniversary and I didn't have to cook all week! The water/ocean are beyond gorgeous. The islands across from the house are so very cool! Paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, flippers, floaties, life jackets, noodles...you name it, it was there for us to use. Owners were prompt at responding. It was just a good experience

The best house on Tropic of Cancer Beach

23Exuma is even better than the pictures. It is hands down the nicest house on the best beach in Exuma. The house was spotless when we arrived. The property manager, Andrew, does a wonderful job making sure your check in is smooth and that you have everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could ever need. We hired Andrew’s wife Kim to cook dinner for us every night and she is an excellent cook. The house is stocked with all the pool and beach toys you could ever imagine. The pool, the deck, and the beach are amazing. Tropic of Cancer beach is one of the best beaches in the world with the softest sand and the water was amazing. This house was perfect for our family. We had two sets of grandparents and four little kids. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to my friends and family. We are already planning our return trip. Andrew & Kim are amazing and great to communicate with. Best vacation ever.

Amazing House

This was a girls trip for 8 of us for my 50th Birthday! The house was incredible! Every room has its own bathroom. The house is well appointed and Andrew the house manager was so fantastic. He was always checking in on us! We very much loved 23 Exuma and will be back.
