« This was a clean, cozy space for our family of five to stop overnight. Tim greeted us upon arrival and got us oriented to some of the old-farmhouse idiosyncracies (mostly location of light switches). We were delighted by his and Mary’s thoughtfulness — they even provided milk, eggs and bread for the next morning. It was reassuring to know they were right next door if we needed anything, but everything in the house functioned well and we were very comfortable. »

« We absolutely LOVE this farmhouse! Its so spacious and its a welcome trip back in time! Its decorated with items from the past and theres so much nostalgia. The handwritten notes from what i believe was the homeowner and a teacher are simply endearing, from the recipies and more! My kids talk about this house to no end and it was our 2nd year in a row. This year we also celebrated my fathers 79 bd. Communication with the owner is top notch! We will definitely stay at this house for years...

« We recently had the pleasure of staying at Three Ponds Farm at 415 Beech Valley Road. This charming farmhouse had more than enough room for our whole family—about 20 of us in total. It was cozy, full of character, and perfect for a big group getaway.The farm is aptly named, thanks to its three ponds, which became the center of a lot of our fun. « We had a great stay at Valley View! The farmhouse was gorgeous inside and out. We spent every day floating around in the pond and relaxing. We had all the supplies needed to cook dinner at night. The Oriental General Store was a short walk down the road where we could pickup almost anything we needed. Our host was friendly and responsive. We highly recommend! »

« We weren’t made aware this was a work in progress. We arrived around 9 PM and were welcomed by a disheveled patio area with trash and cigarette butts. A large pile of unfinished wood trim greeted us in the entryway. The house was 83 degrees, so we cut on the mini-split downstairs and the window units in two of the bedrooms. There was only a fan for the third bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the veneer was peeling off the cabinets and things were generally grungy. The trashcan bottom...

« This property is absolutely gorgeous. The house is beyond our expectations with the space, game room, and sun porch. We spent most of our time on the sun porch watching the horses. Would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful family reunion!!! »

« My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys for a long weekend to attend the Penn State White Out game and see the town. It was a wonderful option for us as hotel room prices in State College were well over $700/night. The house was exactly an hour to the stadium as advertised and it was not a stressful drive at all.
