« The staff were very friendly. Check in and out was very easy. The room was clean and well set up. »

« The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room. »

« Beautiful, clean hotel with neat "hangout" spaces throughout, both inside and outside. Not great for sleeping as it seems to attract larger groups and you definitely can hear a lot of noise late into the evening. Also, the beds are a little hard and the rooms need room darkening shades, and the bathroom lighting is really poor. Great location and friendly staff. »

« The charm and history of the Lowell Inn was the key factor in why we selected it! Spoke with staff and the owner during breakfast, you could feel pride in what the Inn meant to the community. Parking in the ramp made access to room easier and not having to worry about “parking” elsewhere in this busy community! »

« Room in disrepair but basically clean. Pillows very poor quality. Kitchenette was beautiful. Shower dripped the entire time . TV had no signal and never did work with the remote. I liked the hot oatmeal option with fresh fruit but coffee quality was sketch and the creamer pump did not work. No staff around to ask for help. For the price it was close and clean and safe. »

« Perfectly fine hotel but great staff! We were spending the night in River Falls for a concert and picked this hotel because it was very close to the venue. The hotel itself was exactly what we expected it to be, but I have to mention the great staff. The lady who checked us in was super friendly.
