« Very nice one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is convenient. The immediate surroundings are quite urban. Nice residential around it. Beware- though there is on street parking it is restricted and usually occupied by cars. Parking is hard to find nearby. »

« Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round »

« The entire place was clean. The kitchen was ready to use. The entire process was easy and hassle free. I would recommend this place. »

« Clean room, ease getting in and out, subway nearby (though we only felt safe taking it as a group due; there was a shooting two stops north of Fairmount on the last night of our stay). Hosts were very fast to reply to requests and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very easy getting to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center by subway and Uber/Lyft; would stay again in the future! »

« The positive first. It was clean and directions to enter the apartment were helpful. The beds were comfortable. The stocked kitchen was not accurate. There were three plastic cups. No glasses. Two mismatched wine glasses and a handful of mismatched utensils. I think there may have been 3 forks total. There were no bowls or serving dishes. The only frying pan was filthy. We had to clean it. Also there was no laundry detergent provided. The area was a little sketchy. There was a homeless...

« Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....
