Welcome to the Coastal Condo! This well appoint unit is right in the mix. Centrally-located between Wrightsville Beach, Downtown Wilmington, and UNCW, you will be close to everything during your stay!

This two bedroom unit is stocked with convenience in mind! Plenty of space and beds for you, friends, family and pets so that you enjoy an amazing coastal retreat!

Entering the unit you will have the laundry closet to your left- fully equipped with a separate washer and dryer. The hallway opens up to the dining/living spaces with an offshoot to the beautifully updated gallery kitchen. The dining/living spaces have plenty of seating with a comfy leather couch (that doubles as a queen pullout bed), a coastal chair, a desk, and a hightop dining table. There's a bookshelf with a small book collection and plenty of board games, card games, and puzzles for some family fun! There's a smart TV for all your streaming needs! Off of the living room, you can enjoy watching the cotton candy sky at sunset from the private balcony.

The kitchen is fully stocked by someone who also loves to cook! The coffee corner is loaded with options to mix and match your coffee or tea the way you like it!

The primary bedroom has a large queen bed and dresser for clothes storage, as well as, a TV, and a private en suite. The other bedroom also has a queen bed and TV! In addition, there is an inflatable queen mattress and pack-and-play on site so that you can mix and match the rooms as you need to fit a large group or more than one family!

With The Courtyard Condominiums you have access to the pool and Charcoal grills. Pool is set to be open from May until October!! Use all the amenities you would like, but please adhere to the posted pool and community rules.
