The cabin is an easy 15 minute drive from the park, which gave us such great flexibility because we could wake up early, go to the park and hike for a few hours, come back “home” and reset, and then go back out again for more hiking.The hosts thought of every detail, great and small. „Yes, it was a little out of the ordinary, but that's a good thing! Easiest "camping" experience you'll ever have. Your own private (new, flush) commode, kitchen, and huge shower! A/c and heat in the camper. What more could you want? Definitely an adventure in the hills of eastern Virginia.“

„The view of the mountains was beautiful! We really enjoyed staying in this cabin and being so close to Grayson Highlands State Park. Ashley was great as a host. We were surprised that the bottom floor was a completely different entrance from the main floor, but luckily my kids are old enough that it was fine. The details of the cabin were really nice.
