„This was our first time visiting the Wimberly area and this was a perfect spot for 4 couples. Secluded and set back among the trees but still very close to town. We really enjoyed the pavilion, fire pit and outdoor space. The cabin was nicely laid out and the decor made it feel cozy. Kitchen felt a little crammed and we wished there were a few more prep/baking dishes, but overall this place met all our expectations. We'd definately stay here again! “

„The house was both beautiful and comfortable, a rare find. The pool was lovely and it was just as nice to sit outside under the covered porch and listen to the birds in the very peaceful quiet. Our group spread out — some stayed in the main house, while others took the cottage and the one bedroom apartment. They were all charming. We called the upstairs master bedroom the “Queen for a day” suite, for its cool tub and luxury. The cottage and small apartment were cozy and convenient.“

„We had an incredible time at Cypress Star. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We walked to Blue Hole regional park and took the trail to downtown Wimberly. The backyard is perfect for hanging out and splashing around in the creek. We will definitely be back! “

„First off it was a lil hard to find, I used Google maps and it had me trying to turn a block or so further. My other family didn't have problems as they used their iPhones directions. The house is down a very rocky dirt road and the actual address sign is easy to miss. Once entering we had a few hiccups. The wifi wasn't working and we had issues with the water not working. I couldn't get a hold of the host from the website, so I had to call VRBO then the host contacted me directly and had the ...

„Great location within walking distance to everything. Charming house with lots of birds, deer, squirrels, raccoons, etc. The owners are near by for anything you may need. “

„The Caboose was so cute and has everything we needed. I do wish there had been some drawers or shelves for clothes and some under the sink shelves for toiletries, but we made it work. Comfy bed, cute breakfast nook, great patio, hot tub felt great after a long day walking around. Loved all the railroad themed decorations! Would definitely stay here again. “
