« We are repeat customers at this property. The location is convenient and the property has a nice view over a lake in the back yard. It is close to a grocery store and every other retail establishment one may desire. The host is responsive. In summary, we will rent this property again if it is available. »

« The villa was very clean, it was in a quiet community. The private pool was amazing. It was very relaxing for my family and a baby. Only downside was we had to go out and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, and a large fan. Some of the rooms would get pretty warm since the AC can’t be set past 74. But, overall it was a nice stay! We would stay there again in the future! »

« The inside of the house was very clean as almost all the reviews indicated. However, there was a hole in the roof above the garage which was not communicated. It was shocking to arrive at a property with a tarp on the roof. The garage was not usable because of the roof damage. Additionally, the yard was overgrown and full of weeds which did not help first impressions. Communication from the owner was timely after our arrival. I feel property issues (like roof damage) should be disclosed...

« The stay was fine and quiet. While this is an older house, it has been renovated and very clean. The main room is very large and open floor plan. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent. Seems it is either 5 to 15 minutes to desired local locations and only 30 minutes to almost everywhere else. Very happy with my stay! »
