« Nous avions réservé une nuit dans ce Bed & Breakfast séduits par son caractÚre ancien. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'aspect un peu défraßchi fait tout le charme de cet endroit. Nous avons bien été accueillis et le petit déjeuner "home made" était un régal. La maison est isolée et le village de Margaretville compte peu de commerces (surtout hors saison), il est donc conseillé de diner avant de s'y rendre. »

« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...

« Perfect for our 1 night stay. We were able to bring our dog. Room had small fridge amd microwave. Somehow we missed the information that the bathroom is on the hallway across the room which wasn't ideal but we managed just fine. Also the doors were very squeaky, especially the bathroom one. It was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable. I see how the other guests might complain about that too. »

"The guy at the reception finished his cigarette before greeting me. The door of my room did not lock because it ha been forced open by a prybar type of tool. It took them an additional 10 minutes to give me a new room and key. He gave me the key to an occupied room. Another 15 minutes Ian other room
terrible. People from outside came and help themselves with the breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff did not interfere. Felt like the place is operated by low life mafia. I was afraid that my truck would get stolen.. "
