„Have stayed here several times, solo business traveler . Hosts are kind and super helpful, place is very clean and has everything u need to feel at home.the property is lively and serene, friendly ducks and beautiful horses. It is very quiet at night, perfect retreat after hot , busy workday.“

„House was very clean and enjoyable to stay in. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely prefer this over any hotel around. House has good WiFi and at one point there was a power outage but the home is equipped with an automatic generator that kicked on immediately so i didn’t have to suffer. John is an awesome host and responds quickly if there are any issues. I definitely look forward to booking again. I definitely recommend this stay for family and friends!“

„Great stay. Excellent host. Very nice place. Perfect neighborhood. Thank you.“

„This was the perfect little getaway. If you enjoy antiquing this is the perfect spot! You are in walking distant of all antique shops, boutiques, and eateries. We will return soon. Thanks, Brad and Kristi“

„It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!“

„Very dated but quaint. Good: Lots of towel rods. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location. Responsive host. Not so good: Bed fair. Whole house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Sticky kitchen floor. Sticky stove control knobs. Mildew on ceiling tiles in shower. Ice maker not working. Air return vent very, very dirty. Roach poop on bathroom cabinet doors. Lots of dust/cobwebs on edges of wood trim in kitchen/living room. No dishwasher soap. No aluminum foil. No tissues.“

„This will be an excellent place to stay with time and some trouble shooting as it is a brand new duplex. There are some kinks to iron out that I have shared with the owner and once that is taken care of, people will love this place. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to any place in Tyler and nearby. Perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter.“

„Very nice and clean and organized very convenient to food places and if you have any in - two. Aaron's!! Definitely will go back & host is very responsive and understanding!“

„What a wonderful place to stay! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the deck in the rocking chairs. This house is close to Lindale and Mineola. Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures. We will definitely be back!“

„This beautiful historical house is located so close to downtown Gladewater we walked to shop and even walked to Skippers pier which was amazing. The attention to all the thoughtful details that made us feel like we were truly staying in an old historical home, made it such an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is a must see and you must cook at least meal. Coffee on the porch made it extra special. We felt safe and I can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is.
