„The rooms that I have stayed in is always clean and the staff is always amazing“

„It deserved at least half of a one star. No phone in the room to call the office to ask whoever had the stomping noise going at 3 AM to stop. Spots on the sheet that was on up-side-down. I lifted up the sheet to see a really bad looking dirty mattress pad. There was actually a tiny piece of what looked like particle board that could have poked me. The sink sprayed water onto the counter when you turned it on. The remote had no battery back and after finally getting the channel to change I ...

„The room was dirty, I booked through Expedia and got a call the day before and was told I had to pay right then or the room would be given away. It smelled, the towels were dirty and it just was all around not comfortable. I usually give the benefit but I honestly wont stay here again. We stayed two years ago and it was decent, not sure what happened.“

„Staff cool“

„In our room, the telephone didn't work. The hair dryer didn't work. Everytime you walked, the light on the left side of the bed would go out. The TV didn't connect well. The shower was great. The stopper in the sink was missing. The curtains were broken... The bed was great. That's what matters most. Now, the pictures that I took of the room won't load. Sounds about right.“

„Good expérience“

„We walked in and walked right back out, it looked nothing like the photos, it’s smelled, there was bugs in the rusted out bathtub. Stay away!! They refused to refund me even though we only stayed 3 minutes.“

„Extremely disappointed with our experience. We booked and received confirmation of our reservation over two months in advance, only to arrive and discover the hotel had canceled it without notifying us. We drove an additional 25 minutes to this location after visiting Woods of Terror, only to be told our reservation had been canceled and that they had no phone number on file to contact us. Despite having our email address, no advance notification was provided. At 10:30 PM, we were left stranded ...

„Solide und günstige Unterkunft, gerade wenn man unterwegs durchs Land ist und nur für eine Nacht ein Hotel braucht! Ansonsten sehr hellhörige Zimmer, gerade der Lärm des Verkehrs der anliegenden Autobahn ist sehr deutlich zu hören Bei Nacht hatte man das Gefühl das die Lastwagen durchs Zimmer fahren!“

„My adult son and I were in the area for the NASCAR race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, about 30 miles away from the Surry Inn. The hotel was very accommodating to our late-night arrival. Our room was clean, quiet and perfect for our weekend stay. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Surry Inn and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.“
