« No hot water. front desk staff said we had to let the water run for 20 min to heat up, which isn’t very eco friendly considering they had signs up about being water efficient and reusing towels. »

« The place has a bad roach and ant problem. After walking to my non smoking room on the non smoking floor, all you smelled was marijuana and cigarettes. First sign was when I first walked in the room and saw half the smashed dead body of a roach on the wall. It was clear that someone killed it and left it there.
